The Emergency Preparedness and Chronic Disease Preparedness class will provide information on how individuals can create a plan for emergency events and disasters. The class will also feature how individuals with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and other medical conditions when planning specific needs to prepare for emergencies and disasters. The course will provide guidance in building emergency kits and other specific needs kits. Learners will also be guided to find emergency preparedness information and resources.
